At Healthy Poke, we now have our brand-new Food Truck in Valencia available for all of you—the first of our growing family, which we hope to expand very soon. There’s no better way to celebrate our welcome in this amazing city and enjoy its incredible weather than with a healthy restaurant on wheels, offering our full menu.

You can place a delivery order or pick up your take-away at the Ademuz Shopping Center in Burjassot. We’re open Monday to Thursday from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and on weekends from Friday to Sunday, 12:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

Today on our blog, we’re taking the opportunity to explore this new healthy Food Truck concept we’ve just launched in Valencia.

What is a Food Truck?

A Food Truck is a mobile restaurant that serves meals directly on the street. These rolling kitchens have their origins in street food, offering fast options like pizza and burgers.

However, in recent years, this concept has evolved significantly, with many Food Trucks becoming full-fledged gourmet mobile restaurants. Nowadays, these trucks not only provide quick meals after concerts but can also remain in a fixed location—like our Healthy Poke Food Truck in Valencia at the Ademuz Shopping Center.

With it, we’ve created a new way to serve take-away and delivery orders, staying true to the original Food Truck concept but with the Healthy Poke style.

In this first Food Truck in Valencia, you’ll find the best alternative for fast, healthy food, featuring the high-quality ingredients and 100% healthy dishes that set us apart from other restaurants.

We’ve adapted to modern times by introducing our first Food Truck to serve you directly on the street, without sacrificing the healthy flavors and ingredients we’re known for.

At the Healthy Poke Food Truck, you’ll find our full menu available for take-away or delivery.

What can you order?

Absolutely everything from our menu—from our homemade, nutrient-packed hummus like edamame hummus to wakame salads, burritos, and delicious sandwiches.

Of course, our star dishes are also available: poke bowls. Just like in our restaurants, you can enjoy classic bowls like Tuna or Tofu, as well as fully customizable options.
