Pokes are bowls made with the healthiest, most nutritious and freshest ingredients, but above all they’re quick. We want to change this perspective — fast food no longer has to be unhealthy food. It all started the way every story starts: with an after-dinner idea in a cozy apartment in Madrid, exchanging goals, ideas and ways of seeing life. Thanks to brothers Gonzalo and Iñigo Iceta and Juan Uribe, and a passion for creating something incredible, Healthy Poke was born. Today we have more than 44 locations across Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Córdoba, Seville, Granada, Murcia, Mallorca, Zaragoza and Las Palmas.
Our purpose is to promote a healthy lifestyle through food and good habits. We want to offer society healthy, nutritious and at the same time delicious and practical food alternatives. At the same time, we work to promote greater awareness about nutrition and to support those who want to improve their lifestyle habits, not only with food but on every level, since our name, HEALTHY, is a very broad term that ranges from physical to mental health, with a special focus on sport and nutrition.
