LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
“BACK TO ROUTINE”

Healthy Poke S.L., with Tax ID B88327853 and registered office at Calle de la Basílica 19, 28020 Madrid, hereinafter Healthy Poke, has decided to launch the promotion referred to in the heading (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), aimed at consumers who, during the validity period of the Promotion, meet the requirements specified in the following terms and conditions:

1. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

The Promotion will be valid at all Healthy Poke establishments in Spain for dine-in purchases or takeaway orders placed through the official website.

The Promotion will be valid from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, both dates inclusive.

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

In order to participate in the Promotion, participants must meet each and every one of the requirements set out below, as well as any other requirements arising from these terms and conditions:

  1. Be a natural person of legal age in Spain.
  2. Participation is subject to making a purchase.
  3. Healthy Poke employees, its distributors, relatives of either of the aforementioned parties, and any companies or individuals directly or indirectly professionally connected with this Promotion may not participate in the Promotion.

3. PROMOTION MECHANICS

From September 1 to 30, participation in the Promotion will take place through the following process:

  • Step 1 (Purchase): The customer makes a purchase at one of the participating establishments.
  • Step 2 (Member validation): By being a member of The Healthy Club and registering/validating their purchase, the participant will directly receive an email (or platform notification) with the prize or benefit corresponding to that day.
  • Step 3 (Weekly prize draws): Customers who make the established minimum purchase on the day indicated for each weekly prize draw will automatically be entered into that draw (which will be communicated weekly via the email address associated with the club member account).

The Promotion will operate through an Instant Win participation system and will be structured according to the following steps, which must be completed by all participants:

4. PRIZES

During the validity period of the Promotion, customers who make purchases in accordance with the mechanics established at the points of sale will be eligible for the following prizes:

4.1. Daily instant reward prizes from September 1 to 30):

  • Day 1: Free starter. Conditions: Choice of gyoza or hummus. Requires the purchase of a main dish: poke, burrito, sandwich or salad.
  • Day 2: Unlimited toppings. Conditions: 1. Tica a medium or large poke, customized or predefined. 2. Go to Supplementary > Extras. 3. Add as many toppings as the customer wants. 4. Extra proteins are not included. 5. Apply the BTSILIMITADOS discount.
  • Day 3: 15% off salads.
  • Day 4: Free Miwi. Conditions: One Miwi kombucha, choosing from the three available flavors, with the purchase of a main dish. Subject to availability at the establishment.
  • Day 5: 20% off açaí. Conditions: Discount applicable to açaí products. Subject to availability at the establishment.
  • Day 6: Burrito + starter €10. Conditions: Includes any burrito and a starter of your choice between gyozas or hummus. In REVO, select the menu directly within the Burrito Menus category. The standard coupon is not used.
  • Day 7: 2-for-1 Healthy Chicken. Conditions: Applicable to medium or large Healthy Chicken. The lower-priced product will be discounted.
  • Day 8: Unlimited toppings. Conditions: 1. Tica a medium or large poke, customized or predefined. 2. Go to Supplementary > Extras. 3. Add as many toppings as the customer wants. 4. Extra proteins are not included. 5. Apply the BTSILIMITADOS discount.
  • Day 9: Burritos for €7.
  • Day 10: Getaway prize draw.
  • Day 11: 2-for-1 on Crispy Caesar Salad or Chicken Salad.
  • Day 12: Free cookie. Conditions: One free cookie with a minimum purchase of €5.
  • Day 13: Free starter. Conditions: Choice of gyoza or hummus. Requires the purchase of a main dish: poke, burrito, sandwich or salad.
  • Day 14: Prize draw for 10 merchand.
  • Day 15: Burrito + starter €10. Conditions: Includes any burrito and a starter of your choice between gyozas or hummus. In REVO, select the menu directly within the Burrito Menus category. The standard coupon is not used.
  • Day 16: 20% off açaí. Conditions: Discount applicable to açaí products. Subject to availability at the establishment.
  • Day 17: Free Miwi. Conditions: One Miwi kombucha, choosing from the three available flavors, with the purchase of a main dish. Subject to availability at the establishment.
  • Day 18: Burritos for €7.
  • Day 19: €3 off salads.
  • Day 20: Unlimited toppings. Conditions: 1. Tica a medium or large poke, customized or predefined. 2. Go to Supplementary > Extras. 3. Add as many toppings as the customer wants. 4. Extra proteins are not included. 5. Apply the BTSILIMITADOS discount.
  • Day 21: 15% off salads.
  • Day 22: Free drink. Conditions: Choice of water, soft drink or beer, with the purchase of a main dish: poke, salad, sandwich or burrito.
  • Day 23: Free starter. Conditions: Choice of gyoza or hummus. Requires the purchase of a main dish: poke, burrito, sandwich or salad.
  • Day 24: Apple Watch prize draw.
  • Day 25: 2-for-1 on Crispy Caesar Salad or Chicken Salad.
  • Day 26: Burrito + starter €10. Conditions: Includes any burrito and a starter of your choice between gyozas or hummus. In REVO, select the menu directly within the Burrito Menus category. The standard coupon is not used.
  • Day 27: 20% off açaí. Conditions: Discount applicable to açaí products. Subject to availability at the establishment.
  • Day 28: Unlimited toppings. Conditions: 1. Tica a medium or large poke, customized or predefined. 2. Go to Supplementary > Extras. 3. Add as many toppings as the customer wants. 4. Extra proteins are not included. 5. Apply the BTSILIMITADOS discount.
  • Day 29: 15% off salads.
  • Day 30: Prize draw for 100 medium pokes.

4.2. Prize allocation:

There are two different types of prize allocation:

  • Instant Win prizes: These prizes will be automatically sent to the email address associated with the member account. Limited to one prize per day. All coupons will be valid until October 30, 2026.
  • Prize Draw prizes: If the user makes a purchase on one of the days on which a prize draw has been specifically scheduled, their entry will automatically be included in the draw and they will be eligible to win. Limited to one entry per day.
    The draw will be carried out using a specialized tool, and the brand reserves the right to announce the result within a period of 7 calendar days.
    Once the winner of the prize draw has been selected and notified, the prize will be sent.

4.3. General conditions:

  • Prizes are personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for their cash value.
  • Prizes or discounts resulting from this Promotion may not be combined with other existing offers, promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  • The Promotion is subject to the availability of products and prizes at participating establishments.
  • Prizes awarded through a prize draw or prizes that do not strictly belong to the brand will be subject to the availability conditions of the associated brand.

5. LIMITATIONS

  • The Promotion is subject to the availability of products and prizes at participating establishments.
  • Healthy Poke reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time for justified reasons and undertakes to communicate such modifications through its official channels.
  • Healthy Poke employees, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded from participating.

5.- GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

Healthy Poke reserves the right to modify the conditions of this Promotion at any time or even cancel it before its closing date, provided there is justified cause, and undertakes to publish the new terms and conditions, or, where applicable, the definitive cancellation, sufficiently in advance on the Promotion website.

Healthy Poke reserves the right to disqualify any person who, in its opinion, manipulates the participation process or operation of the Promotion or acts in breach of these Legal Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to deliberately interfere with the legitimate operation of the Promotion may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such a violation occur, Healthy Poke reserves the right to claim damages from any person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Organizer to exercise legal action shall not constitute a waiver of its right to exercise any actions that may correspond to it.

Healthy Poke shall be exempt from any liability arising from the use and enjoyment of the Promotion.

Healthy Poke shall not be liable for any malfunction of the Website and/or any other element related to the Promotion which, due to technical causes or causes of another nature beyond the control of the companies involved, may interrupt, suspend or prevent the delivery of gifts or enjoyment of the prize.

What are your rights in relation to our processing of your data?

The ENTITY informs you that you have the right to access your personal data and obtain confirmation regarding how such data is being processed. You also have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected by the ENTITY.

Under certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case the ENTITY will retain it solely for the purpose of exercising or defending possible legal claims.

Likewise, under certain circumstances, the customer may object to the processing of their personal data for the purposes communicated by the ENTITY. In such cases, the ENTITY will cease processing the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for doing so, or where processing is required for the exercise or defense of possible legal claims.

Finally, the customer may request the right to data portability and obtain, for themselves or for another service provider, certain information arising from the relationship established with the ENTITY.

  • By sending a written request to Healthy Poke, for the attention of the Privacy Committee, at C/ de la Basílica 19, 28020 Madrid.
  • By sending a written request to Healthy Poke at the email address info@healthypoke.com.

In both cases, the identity of the person exercising their rights must be verified by sending a copy of both sides of their DNI, NIE, passport or equivalent identification document.

The ENTITY will provide the requested information within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by a further two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

You may withdraw your consent at any time where consent has been given for a specific purpose, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority. However, in the first instance, you may lodge a complaint with the Healthy Poke Privacy Committee, which will resolve the complaint within a maximum period of two months.

ANNEX:

Ruralka Conditions:

The gastronomic, spa, wine and romantic experiences include: one night’s accommodation, breakfast and an experience for two people.

The prize is non-transferable and will be provided as an online voucher for a Ruralka hotel. The booking will depend on hotel availability. Please note that hotel booking conditions, as well as the list of participating hotels, may change throughout the year (hotels leaving the programme, new hotels joining, minimum-night requirements at certain establishments, etc.).

Bookings are subject to the cancellation policies established by Ruralka hotels depending on the time of year, and the winner must contact Ruralka to obtain information regarding their prize.

The prize may be redeemed for a period of 2 years.
