Healthy Poke, the chain that revolutionized healthy, tasty, and fun fast food, turns three years old and marks the occasion with the renovation of its restaurant on General Pardiñas Street.
The brand, embodying an urban, young, and playful spirit, was founded in Madrid three years ago with the goal of offering healthier food without sacrificing flavor or the coolest aspects of the dining experience. In its short but eventful history, it has expanded to Barcelona, Valencia, and Málaga, reaching a total of 15 restaurants, and plans to open another 15 by the end of this year.
