Healthy Poke Expects to End 2020 with 10 Restaurants Open

The restaurant chain supported by Lanzadera will open a new location in Valencia at the end of December and will close 2019 with a turnover of one million euros.

The restaurant chain supported by Lanzadera, Healthy Poke, plans to open 10 new locations in 2020, two of them in Valencia. The startup founded by the Iceta brothers already has four locations in Madrid and plans to open a new one on Gran Vía Marqués del Turia in Valencia at the end of this year.

With its Hawaiian-inspired dishes, the company will close 2019 with a turnover of close to one million euros. Healthy food, home delivery, and customer service have been its hallmarks since its creation just over a year ago. We spoke about this with Gonzalo Iceta, CEO and founder of Healthy Poke.
