Healthy Poke Opens Its Fourth Restaurant in Barcelona

Under the concept of Healthy Shopping, we’ve created an original kiosk format with a terrace, located on the main retail floor of La Maquinista, right next to some of the top fashion brands. It’s set to become a must-stop spot during any shopping day—offering customers a fresh and exciting experience.

This new “place to be” for healthy food features our full menu: poke bowls, sandwiches, burritos, and other dishes made with a wide variety of top-quality, fresh, natural, and light ingredients, all prepared to order with unique and original flavor.

To bring this space to life—reflecting our brand values and creating a cool, urban, and fun vibe—we once again collaborated with the design studio #Supernormal.

Healthy Poke La Maquinista strengthens our ambitious expansion plan, growing our presence in Barcelona with now 4 open locations, and paving the way for upcoming openings in Madrid, Las Palmas, and Seville. We aim to close the first half of the year with 25 locations across Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Seville, and Las Palmas.
