It’s been only a few weeks since the Food Hall at Galería Canalejas, the new and luxurious gastronomic space everyone in the capital is talking about—opened its doors, just steps from the Four Seasons Hotel, offering a unique culinary experience in Madrid. Spanning 4,000 square meters, it features more than a dozen restaurants of various styles and a carefully curated gourmet gallery that includes over 20 different specialty spaces.
In this gallery, called MAD Gourmets, visitors can enjoy not only a wide range of international cuisines, but also live music, mini concerts, and entertainment. And it’s precisely here—thanks to its status as one of the trendiest and most gourmet food concepts today—that the latest Healthy Poke, location has opened. The brand has become a go-to name in Spain for the now-iconic and Instagram-worthy Hawaiian salad.
HEALTHY & FLAVORFUL RECIPES
Their mission? To offer diners “a journey from the heart of the ocean and the earth through a cuisine that is honest, healthy, and full of flavor”—a concept brought to life through colorful dishes and vibrant, tasty recipes. It’s all about high-quality raw ingredients: fresh, natural produce sourced locally and handled with care and respect. In short, a tribute to close-to-home, mindful, and fun cooking.
The idea is to blend the concept of tapas with poke bowls, along with a few snack-style items. Currently, the menu features various versions of the brand’s signature recipe (like the tuna and truffle poke, made with a base of sushi rice, bluefin tuna, confit tomato, avocado slices, poached egg, crispy onion, and a light truffle sauce made in-house with 100% natural ingredients), sandwiches (the classic is served on soft brioche bread with smoked salmon, avocado, and cream cheese, accompanied by veggie chips), tartares (tuna, salmon), and various desserts (passion fruit and chia pie, açai mousse, chocolate cheesecake). Drinks include water, soft drinks, beer, and wine.
This opening once again confirms the premium character of the brand, and marks the close of a golden year: with this launch, Healthy Poke has opened 33 locations this year, with a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Seville, and Las Palmas. Congratulations!
