Our iconic Healthy Poke Pardiñas 23 was one of the very first restaurants in the chain. That’s why its transformation—from what was once a cookie shop—represents much more than just a remodel: it’s a true turning point for the brand.

Three years after opening, Pardiñas 23 now features a renewed look—more urban, youthful, and fun than ever before. With this new concept, Healthy Poke aims to offer a redefined customer experience, where every detail of the space is carefully considered, and the dining experience is both cool and aligned with our commitment to healthy, flavorful food.

Our philosophy is based on clean eating, promoting a lifestyle that’s sustainable, mindful, natural, healthy—and above all—happy.

To bring this space to life and make it a must-visit for our pokelovers, we collaborated with Supernormal, a creative architecture and design studio with strong expertise in retail. Their work brings quality, distinction, and sustainable design to every project.

The furniture comes from the Italian brand Pedrali, lighting by Faro, and seating by Grupo Ondarreta, who debuted the iconic Hari chair in an exclusive color and finish made just for the reopening of Healthy Poke General Pardiñas 23.

We continue to grow and evolve with our company-owned store model, ensuring total control over product excellence, operations, customer experience, and service. Whether it’s delivery, takeaway, or dine-in, our mission is to bring you a fast, simple, and exceptional experience.
